ATTENTION PARENTS OF McDowell Boys Lax Team:

The team will be participating in the "Battle of the Border Festival" in Green, OH on Saturday April 26 and April 27, 2008. We will be playing teams from Lake, Green, and Hoban, Ohio. The team will depart on Saturday April 26, 2008 at 11:45 from the McDowell High School parking lot by the tennis courts. We will return by approximately 4pm on Sunday afternoon.

WE NEED PARENT DRIVERS !!!!!! NO STUDENT DRIVERS ARE PERMITTED. We need to transport 52 team members.

The team and coaches have reservations at The Courtyard Marriot in Canton, OH. There are a block of rooms on hold for parents. There are 3 doubles and 5 king suits currently on hold the room rate is $89 + 6% tax ($94.34 per room). Parents need to call: 1-877-TOP ROOM (867-7666). That will put you through to the front desk. Parents should ask for the McDowell Lacrosse Parents block. Parents are responsible for there own room reservation/payment and to be ensured of a room please call by March 27, 2008.

The team will be provided pizza and water/gatorade on Saturday evening. There is an indoor pool at the facility. There will be a team meeting in a conference room on Sat evening. Breakfast will be provided for the team and coaches. Parents will be responsible for their own meals.
